.....some chords you wrote here are not as you hear them in the song:  
the guitar plays your chords most of the time, 
but at the B chord is most of the time a Emaj9, because the Base plays an E 
(you can just play the B chord with the low E string and you have an Emaj7), . 
this begins at 0:21 to 2:42 (play this whenever you hear the drum & base.
 when it's just guitar and vocal, play the chords A-C#m-B-A)



from 2:43 to 3:04 it's different again:

I'm only a beginner on guitar so I'll have to take everyone's word for it, but I am somewhat of an expert on lyrics and especially Plan Bs. 
So here's the actual lyrics. A lot is right but one part is horribly wrong.
